These melt-in-your-mouth cookies NEVER last long in our house!! Try eating one while it is still warm from the oven and I promise you, you will fall in love! My secret to a perfectly soft-on-the-inside cookie is to always always remove the cookies from the oven before they look completely done. It might take some experimenting with your oven to find the exact time but trust me, it's worth it. The cookies do continue to bake for a little while after they're removed from the oven.
